Chris joined Grant Samuel in 2017 and has over 20 years of investment banking and leveraged finance experience. Chris has advised on a wide range of transactions including financial restructurings, M&A, acquisition finance, project finance and the issuance of both public and private debt instruments. Chris has broad industry experience with a particular focus on the resources, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

Prior to Grant Samuel, Chris was at Houlihan Lokey in London where his focus was on special situations and financial restructuring transactions.
